You need to provide some basic information for the registration request. We will use this information for initial verification of your request.&nbsp;
Please fill out&nbsp;the registration form underneath. You will then receive a double opt-in email to verify your email address. As soon as you have confirmed this, we will begin to review your request in detail.
Please note that this is a manual process and we may need to contact you to confirm details.

Once we have reviewed and accepted your request, you will receive an email confirming the contract for the Group Retail Portal (GRP) and providing information on the next steps to complete your registration.&nbsp;
What is the Group Retail Portal (GRP)? The Group Retail Portal (GRP) is Volkswagen’s single sign-on portal. It is used to log in to the CustomizedSolution Portal and other VW applications (e.g. WLTP calculator&nbsp;or the workshop information system for bodies (WISA).

We will inform you by email when we have received your signed GRP contract. You can then register in the GRP as described in the documentation which will be emailed to you.&nbsp;

After the GRP registration and after we have authorised you to access the CustomizedSolution Portal via the GRP, you will receive an automatic email confirmation.

You can now access the CustomizedSolution Portal via the GRP.
