On these sites, Volkswagen AG provides a showroom for various manufacturers (hereinafter referred to as “body builders”) of installation, upgrading, conversion and expansion solutions (hereinafter referred to as “conversions”) based on Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles. In this showroom, the body builders can advertise themselves and their products.

The advertisements and profiles of the body builders to be viewed here were created under their own responsibility in terms of the editorial content and do not constitute an assessment by Volkswagen AG including in terms of presentation. All information regarding the conversions refers to products manufactured by the body builder, originates exclusively from the body builder and is also posted by the body builder.

The conversion in question is developed, manufactured and sold outside the CustomizedSolution portal by the body builder on its own responsibility and on its own account. Volkswagen AG is not the manufacturer of the conversions. Volkswagen AG has not verified the body builder’s advertisements and profiles posted here for accuracy or completeness and does not assume any liability, warranty or guarantee for the body builder’s conversions or information.

Furthermore, Volkswagen AG assumes no responsibility for the validity, correctness, completeness or availability of the advertisements and profiles or for the conversions presented.
 

7. Dispute resolution

Volkswagen is neither willing nor required to take part in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
