The CustomizedSolution Portal is the Internet platform for all aspects of conversions based on Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles. The aim is to intensify cooperation with converters and to make the building and conversion process with our base vehicles as efficient and simple as possible. Starting from level&nbsp;Registered Converter, amongst other things, you gain access to body builder guidelines and technical drawings for the design and assembly of conversions, as well as access to the Fleet Ordering Configurator, which can be used to configure our basic models according to your customers' wishes.

Through the CustomizedSolution portal, you can order all CAD data for our current models. The ordering and delivery process is conducted digitally.

Our product catalogs and flyers provide you with an up-to-date overview of all available model variants and equipment. The catalogs also contain information on paint finishes and seat covers, genuine Volkswagen accessories and technical data. These documents cam help you to advise your customers on the right vehicle base for their needs.
In addition, we regularly publish the latest product information for Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles with current model adaptations on the portal.

From level **Integrated|Partner**, you can enter your company information and conversions in the CustomizedSolution Portal and display them here on the website and thereby identify yourself to customers and dealers as an industry specialist for Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles. The Worldwide Harmonized Light-Duty Vehicles Test Procedure - WLTP for short - is used to determine the fuel consumption and exhaust emissions of motor vehicles before they can be registered. The calculation also takes into account optional equipment or conversions that change the aerodynamics or mass of the base vehicle, for example.
With our WLTP calculator, all registered users can conveniently determine the values for converted vehicles based on the current legislation. The calculator can be accessed via the Group Retail Portal.
