We developed the Partner System to offer our partners three advantages. First, the ability to stand out from the competition. Second, support in simplifying processes. And third, ways to win new customers and thus generate more sales.
Since our partners are as individual as the services they provide for their customers, our Partner System has a three-tier structure and represents a broad spectrum of possibilities.
As a Registered Converter, you have access to everything you need to assemble a vehicle for your customers according to their wishes.
Amongst other things, you can access technical guidelines for the design and assembly of bodies and conversions, order up-to-date CAD data, and use the configurator to put together our basic models entirely according to your customers' wishes.
As an IntegratedPartner, in addition to enjoying all the benefits that registered users also have, you can enter your company information and conversions in the CustomizedSolution portal and display them via www.volkswagen-nutzfahrzeuge.de and the CSP, thereby identifying yourself to customers and dealers as an industry specialist for Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles.
Your products go through a clearance test by Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles in advance. This is how we certify the technical safety of your upgrades and conversions. Of course, you can also use the letter of non-objection for advertising purposes.
You will also receive an official partnership certificate from us and can use both the IntegratedPartner logo and the Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles logo for your marketing.

From participation in a wide range of events to attractive special conditions and integration in development processes, you benefit from access to services that is available exclusively to PremiumPartners. Your PremiumPartnership lays the foundation for more intensive collaboration.
The Registration Process
For the registration request we need the basic data regarding your company to get started. The information is used to ensure that only Converters can register.
After we have reviewed and accepted your request, you will receive the Group Retail Portal (GRP) contract and information for the next steps to complete your registration.
What is the Group Retail Portal (GRP)?
The Group Retail Portal (GRP) is Volkswagen's single sign on portal. It is used to log on to the CustomizedSolution Portal and other VW applications (e.g. WLTP calculator or the workshop information system for bodies).
Once you have gained access to the website, you will need to complete a few more bits of required basic data in your company information page. With this step you will then automatically become a Registered Converter and will have access to everything you need to assemble individual vehicles for your customers.
IntegratedPartner or PremiumPartner status distinguishes your company as an experienced, highly competent provider and offers you additional, exclusive benefits.
For example, IntegratedPartner can present their services on the Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles website. PremiumPartner also benefit from joint trade fair and sales campaigns as well as joint product development with Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles.
